    We offer flexible storage periods, from short-term stays through to long-term storage. You can choose the option that best suits your needs.

  • Is the Ballarat storage facility secure?

    Yes. Security is a key priority at our facility. We have a 24 hour Alarm system and staff at the facility on week days. 

  • Can I access my vehicle or belongings while they are in storage?

     Yes, you can access your belongings.  


     We do require a minimum of 24 hours notice that you require access so that we can ensure someone is on-site to let you in.    


     You can access your belongings weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm or other times by appointment.  

  • Do I need to keep my vehicle registered and insured?

    Yes, generally the owner should ensure adequate insurance cover of vehicle, you should notify your insurance company of garaged address of vehicle.


    Ballarat Undercover Storage maintains Commercial & Public liability Insurance Cover.

  • Are there size restrictions?

    With 2200 square metres of undercover storage, our facilities can accomodate even the largest caravans, motorhomes and boats, including trailers. 


    Contact us with the dimensions of your vehicle or item and we can recommend a suitable space.

  • What items can't I store?

    Certain items are prohibited for safety, legal or insurance reasons. These may include hazardous, flammable, illegal or perishable goods.


    We require gas bottles on caravans and motorhomes to be disconnected and removed before storage.
